If you've never purchased from aNewYorkBaby before, you likely have some questions about how we do business. Check out below where I explain some common questions or concerns you may have. If anything you are curious about is not covered here, you can always contact us!



How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail. So, depending where in the US you live, it can take anywhere from 1 to 3 business days. Orders within New York, New Jersey and Connecticut are usually overnight! Please keep in mind that orders placed near weekends and holidays may take longer, and we can not be held responsible for unexpected delays. Please be sure to give yourself plenty of time, so that you don't run out of your precious milk!

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Many of the products in our online shop come with bulk options to purchase! The quantity depends on the item and availability. Bulk options are always changing and being added, so if you don't see an option now, you may see one when checking back at a later time. If you are ever not sure, reach out to us and we will do our best to help!

Where can I find my tracking information?

You will always be able to find your tracking number by logging into your PayPal account, and clicking on your "aNewYorkBaby" transaction details.

I've only received part of my order, where is the rest of it?

Depending on what you ordered, it is likely that your order was sent in multiple shipments. If you have only received part of your order, give an extra day or so to receive the rest of it. Or, you can always login to your PayPal to see if you have multiple tracking numbers in your transaction details. If you only have one tracking number and there is still something missing, don't hesitate to contact us!

Can I return a product I bought if my baby does not like it?

Unfortunately, we can not accept returns on the products we offer, whether the product is opened or not. Our products all come to us direct from the manufacturers in Europe, which means we are in control of their handling and storage every step of the way before they reach our customers. If we accept returns of unopened formula, we can no longer guarantee the same quality, and the formula would have to be discarded. We can not send it out to another customer. An example of why; You would not want to receive a product from us, that previously sat in someones car for 3 weeks before they returned it to us. If your baby does not like a formula that you bought, you can gift it to a friend or donate it. There are also many online communities that you could possibly sell it to someone who may need it!

Can I place an order and have it sent to someone else?

Absolutely! Upon checkout with PayPal, you will be given an option to confirm your shipping address; All you have to do is put the desired shipping address there, whether it is your own or someone else's!

Is my order insured in case of damage during shipment?

Always! Every order is insured for it's entire value! If your order arrives damaged, and you feel the safety or quality of the formula has been compromised, reach out to us. We would never want you to use a formula that you are not comfortable with. Please keep in mind that cosmetic damages are just that; Unless your can is punctured or the foil pouches inside the boxes are punctured, the formula is 100% safe to use. This does not mean you shouldn't reach out and let us know your order was damaged! We do our best to pack every shipment with care, but the way the mail carriers treat each package is ultimately out of our control. If you still feel like you received products that are not safe to use, all you have to do is send us an email with photos of the damage, and we will get right on correcting it!

I notice an option to purchase "damaged" products; What does this mean?

Every once in awhile, we have products that arrive damaged from importing. If the quality of the product is compromised at all, or no longer sealed/leaking, we throw it straight in the garbage. However, it is often just cosmetic damage. The exterior of the box or tin may just be torn or dented, but the product inside is still sealed and new. If cosmetic damage doesn't bother you, this is a great way for you to snag your favorite products at a discount!


***The products that are discounted due to damages, are typically substantial dents/tears in the exterior packaging. Please remember that these products go on a very long journey before reaching us, and then being sent back out to you. Small little dents or blemishes on a package may not always be discounted, especially if it is a low stock or specialty item. Your understanding in this is always appreciated and I am thankful for my customers who acknowledge the hard work that goes into receiving these awesome products for you guys***

Am I able to pick up my order in person, if I live in the area?

We are currently working on an efficient system for local pick ups, and will let you guys know as soon as it is in place! Unfortunately, with our crazy schedules, sometimes it just takes too long to coordinate a time/place that works for both of us! Remember though, shipping time is usually overnight for orders in the tri-state area. If you have an emergency and need the formula the same day, contact us and we will do our best to help!

What if there is a product I want, but I don't see it in your online store?

We can get almost any product your heart desires! If there is something you are looking for, but you don't see it in the Shop, contact us! Tell us what it is, and how many you want. We will get back to you with an estimated shipping time (usually within 1 week) and the cost. From there, if you'd like to order, we will invoice you through PayPal for your special order and get it on the way for you.
